Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and aligned with company standards to drive sales. This role involves frequent visits to retail locations, managing product inventory, and collaborating with store staff to optimize product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and rotate merchandise on shelves, displays, and other fixtures
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays according to planograms or promotional plans
• Monitor product inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items
• Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure cooperation and support
• Ensure pricing labels and signage are accurate and up to date
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas
• Travel between multiple store locations as required
