Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated  Performance Advertising Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising efforts on behalf of our clients. This role is crucial in scaling our clients' businesses by managing various paid channels, analyzing performance data, and communicating insights effectively, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is both analytically minded and client-focused, with a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Advertising Strategy:  Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising strategies across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), and programmatic platforms. Ensure strategies align with clients’ business goals.
  • Campaign Management:  Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI. Handle keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:  Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other tools. Identify trends, generate actionable insights, and create comprehensive performance reports for internal use and client presentations.
  • Client Communication and reporting:  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding paid ads. Communicate performance results, strategies, and areas for improvement clearly and confidently.
  • Budget Management:  Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize returns while minimizing waste.
  • Testing & Optimization:  Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and strategies. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Cross-Channel Integration:  Collaborate with SEO, content, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency or consulting setting.
  • Proven experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.

Analytical Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights, turning  What Happened into  Here’s Why and  What’s Next.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and presenting performance reports and strategies.

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and able to drive projects forward independently when necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $62,223.00 - $78,000.00 per year
