Contract: 1 year, W2 Contract
Location: Hybrid – San Bruno, CA (Tues–Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri remote)
Pay Rate: $38–$48/hr W2 based on of experience
We’re seeking a highly organized and collaborative Video Producer to join the Visual Comms team. You will lead the end-to-end video production process—across 11 languages—for internal and external-facing video content that helps explain complex topics and resolve user issues.
Responsibilities:Own and manage full-cycle video projects: from pre-production planning and script development to on-set coordination, post-production, and delivery
Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, legal, marketing) and external production vendors
Provide clear editorial and visual direction; perform line and copy editing for scripts and video content
Coordinate localization of scripts, captions, on-screen text, and metadata across multiple languages
Execute and support video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere and After Effects
Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production management, preferably in tech or media environments
Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-to-post)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume projects in parallel
Experience working with scripts related to complex tech products
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
Excellent written communication and project management skills
Nice to Have:
Experience overseeing localization workflows across multiple languages
Familiarity with production budgeting and vendor management
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet)
