Description:

ITnova is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and optimize Salesforce solutions. The consultant will analyze business needs and provide strategic recommendations to maximize Salesforce capabilities.

Scope of work: The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation is seeking a qualified vendor to implement Salesforce solutions to streamline sales, guest experience services, and marketing automation initiatives. This project aims to integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with existing systems, enhance data strategy, and advance marketing automation to optimize customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure successful adoption.
- Work with developers and architects to deliver custom solutions when needed.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
- Assist with data migration, integration, and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and reporting.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools.

Preferred:
- Experience working with airports or within the aviation sector.
- Experience working on projects of similar complexity and scope.
- Experience in software design, integration, testing, and support.
- Large-scale project management experience.
- Wireless technology development and implementation experience.
- Previous implementation of Salesforce.
- Experience with municipal, state, or federal information systems implementation.
- Network monitoring, management, maintenance, and upgrade services.
