Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing customer engagement across various channels. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize internal marketing tools and systems to manage customer engagement across platforms, including website homepages, landing pages, personalization tools, and A/B testing platforms.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and oversee revisions for outbound campaigns to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with promotional goals.
• Coordinate campaign scheduling and maintain cross-channel calendars in collaboration with Lifecycle and Campaign Marketing teams.
• Assist in analyzing post-campaign performance to identify trends, measure success, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
• Support targeted campaign planning by leveraging product catalog knowledge and partnering with category and partner management teams.
• Test segmentation strategies and messaging variations to optimize engagement and campaign performance.
• Contribute to the development and launch of new marketing and communication channels as needed.
• Manage campaign intake and workflows within project management tools to ensure timely delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to campaign quality assurance, scheduling, and deployment for improved team efficiency.
• Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management (1-3 years of email marketing experience and project coordination)
• Proficiency with email software platforms and marketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization strategies.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and identify actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage workflows and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
