Heart, Body & Mind Home Care:

We are a premier provider of high-quality, personalized healthcare solutions serving a discerning clientele. Our mission is to deliver exceptional home care experiences through a consultative, client-centered approach. We’re seeking a Healthcare Sales Consultant who can cultivate and convert high-value prospects into lifelong clients by building meaningful relationships and communicating the true value of our services.

Position Summary:

As a Healthcare Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting affluent individuals and professional referral sources into clients. Your role requires a unique blend of emotional intelligence, sales acumen, and healthcare knowledge to engage prospective clients, educate them on our solutions, and guide them through a decision-making process that emphasizes quality, trust, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and referral sources through strategic networking and outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and present tailored healthcare solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence (e.g., healthcare clinicians and administrators, physicians, elder law attorneys, trusted advisors, care managers, and senior living executives).
  • Represent the company at healthcare and community events, private seminars, and professional association gatherings.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Manage and track sales activity in CRM to support goal attainment and pipeline transparency.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to families, professionals, and organizations on service offerings and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Personal Attributes:

  • Executive presence with the confidence to engage high-net-worth individuals and professional partners.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and professionalism; handles sensitive client information with discretion.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a consultative mindset.

Relationship-Building Skills:

  • Demonstrated success building referral networks in the healthcare or professional services sectors.
  • Passion for improving client outcomes through personalized healthcare services.
  • A relationship-first philosophy backed by a commitment to long-term client satisfaction.

Sales Acumen:

  • Proven success in consultative sales, ideally within healthcare, concierge medical services or financial consulting.
  • Ability to articulate a differentiated value proposition in a clear, client-focused manner.
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Healthcare Knowledge:

  • Understanding of private-pay healthcare solutions, home-based care, or senior care services is helpful but not necessary.
  • Familiarity with care coordination, long-term care planning, or chronic disease management is a plus, however, professional training will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in healthcare, senior services, financial services or luxury service industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; clinical or healthcare background a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Why Join Us?

  • Mission-driven organization with a reputation for excellence.
  • High-touch service model with an empowered, collaborative culture.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and their families.

Compensation

  • A competitive base salary up to $85,000 and quarterly performance-based bonuses;
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO benefits and car allowance are on offer.
