As an Event & Promotions Assistant , you'll play a key role in planning and executing live promotional events in support of charitable and nonprofit campaigns. Working closely with our event marketing team, you’ll help foster meaningful community engagement, increase visibility for social impact initiatives , and contribute to real, positive change.

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and outreach campaigns

• Coordinate event logistics and on-site operations to ensure seamless execution

• Manage campaign materials, branded displays, and promotional inventory

• Track attendee engagement and performance metrics for event analysis and improvement

• Support the team in live marketing activities that promote nonprofit visibility and donations

• Help onboard and train new team members as the department continues to expand

• Deliver a friendly, professional experience to all event attendees, donors, and supporters

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Outgoing and personable, with a genuine interest in event marketing and community engagement
