We are a rapidly growing marketing and promotional advertising firm with new national accounts and office expansions on the horizon. To support this growth, we’re hiring Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Associates to join our high-energy team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are motivated, career-focused, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and brand promotions . No prior experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events

• Support lead generation , customer acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives

• Engage directly with customers to deliver outstanding brand experiences

• Represent national brands at retail events , pop-up activations , and community outreach

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to drive campaign success

• Participate in regular training and strategy sessions to develop sales and leadership skills

Qualifications:

• Local candidates with availability to start immediately are preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
