Job Title Salesforce - CLM Senior Consultant or Principal You are a self-driven individual with a proactive attitude and a passion for solving complex business and technology challenges. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and Solution Architect to understand requirements and implement quality CLM solutions, including documenting client needs, configuring CLM tools like Docusign, Ironclad, Conga, and maintaining relevant certifications. Responsibilities Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert. Deliver end-to-end CLM implementations, including assessing current processes, defining future states, and conducting fit-gap analyses. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Design scalable solutions and manage their implementation. Oversee testing efforts and provide post-go-live support. Serve as a liaison between business and development teams. Refine requirements, manage priorities, and ensure scope alignment. Lead design workshops, document outputs, create user stories, and obtain client sign-off. Manage contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and CLM configurations. Apply CLM best practices and create training materials. Conduct user training and promote adoption with stakeholders. Assess risks and communicate solutions effectively. Qualifications 4+ years of CLM experience. 2+ years of Salesforce experience. Hands-on with Docusign CLM (SpringCM) and implementing Docusign eSignature. Proficient in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, and CLM tool configuration. Strong documentation skills, including process flows, user stories, and design docs. Salary ranges are: Consultant: $96,000-$177,000 Senior Consultant: $110,000-$203,000 Principal: $122,000-$225,000 Additional bonuses may apply.
