Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cabinet installation, fabrication, and delivery tasks. As a Cabinet Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various projects while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
ResponsibilitiesPerform professional cabinet installation and adjustment tasks with precision
Ensure houses are ready for installation and resolve any potential problems beforehand
Troubleshoot and address unexpected field problems in the most effective manner
Utilize carpentry skills to ensure quality outcomes both in the shop and on projects
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications
Maintain a list of houses under construction, including stage of completion
Qualifications
Proven experience in cabinet installation (1+ year preferred)
Proficiency in woodworking and carpentry
Knowledge of cabinetmaking techniques and materials
Ability to modify and fabricate materials as needed
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in installation tasks
Valid driver's license required
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the field
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Must speak English fluently.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Eligible for overtime pay (over 40 hours)
Company truck for work use (with good driving record)

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed
