ACCOUNTANT

FULL-TIME (12M CONTRACT)

The Job!

As an accountant, you will execute full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end processes (journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis). Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare consolidated and regional financial statements for multiple international jurisdictions.
• Support external audits and tax filings through documentation and working papers.
• Manage accounting for fixed assets, prepaids, bank transactions, corporate credit cards, and various liabilities.
• Collaborate on process improvement, ERP adoption (Workday), and reporting automation (Excel, Macros, PowerBI).
• Adhere to and help develop internal control policies and standard operating procedures.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and mentor interns while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

What you bring to the job

You are someone with leadership experience and comfortable with international and complex reporting environments. You also come with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred (or in progress).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience with strong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting background.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong communication, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros)
• Experience with PowerBI and Workday ERP
• Familiarity with multiple accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, ISBI, ASNPO, ASPE);
• Flexibility to work during peak periods (e.g., month-end close) and across time zones when required.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a hybrid, evolving, and mentorship-driven culture.
